Shwmae will consider echange or refund of garments if in no way soiled or damaged. Any garments being presented for exchange must be returned with proof of ill fit via photograph and include correction measurements. All exchange returned must be covered by the buyers plus our standard postal charges of £7.99. Refunds will be considered however must be returned and washed and dried to go under insp

ection before refunded. They will also need to supply a return address if the item does no pass inspection. Plus the return postage of £7.99 which will be refunded if the refund is issued. We will not be held liable for any not fitting items but will be happy to consider for the above. Alterations are not available but if you have ticked an extra which has not be recieved we will refer back to this sheet and add at our own postal costs. All must be address before 7workings day of our dispatch or will not be considered for the above. Please return any of the above via first class recorded special delivery signed for as any lost garments won't be held liable by shwmae. If we dispatch an item and it does not arrive but tracking is provided we will hold no further liability for the garment however we will assist in messaging the courier. Refunds will take upto 21 working days and will be paid direct into the buyers bank account of via payapal.

All products ordered will be dispatched or fully refunded within 30 working days of payment. Refunds will be subject to fabric stock and no refunds can be asked for by the buyer after fabric purchase.
